Applications

This is a general-purpose ball valve suitable for air and water applications in the mining industry. Solid construction with a unique one-piece ball and stem provide a positive on/off action. In-line maintenance is easy for the top-loading 20mm (¾”) and 25mm (1”) design, and the 3-piece 40mm (1½”) and 50mm (2”) design.

  • Body: SG iron ISO 1083; 400-250-15, zinc plated AS1789
  • Seal: Nitrile Butadiene
  • Handle: ¾” & 1” pressed mild steel
  • Handle: 1½” & 2” SG iron ISO 1083; 400-250-15
  • Ball & Stem:- SG Iron ISO 1083; 400-250-15 & copper, chrome-plated to AS1192
  • Bolts: Hex, M10 x 1.5 x 90, grade 8.8 black
  • Nuts: Hex, M10 x 1.5, zinc plated, grade 8
