New Hose Cut Policy

Following a recent review of our cut hose policy, we are implementing some important updates to improve efficiency and customer service.

This update outlines the new cut charges, clearly identifies which hose types are available to be cut and in what lengths and lists the hoses that will now only be supplied in standard coil lengths.
